DINNER
Rosetta Hall will take you on a culinary journey through Italy using the best locally sourced ingredients available. The trip begins with Roman style pizzas, stuffed dates & seasonal caponata. Once you've had a chance to explore the Famette tuck into a four course meal of fresh baked focaccia, antipasti salad, house made Colorado lamb sausage & orecchiette pasta, succulent chicken piccata and finally a traditional Torta della Nonna with Western slope stone fruit. We're excited to cook at the Lyon's Farmette for the second year in a row, we hope you'll join us!

This farm dinner is also a benefit for The Watershed Center. They will be selling wine and beer at dinner for their organization. There will be a wonderful selection to complement the menu. Please do not bring your own wine or beer ~ you can plan on buying it here by the bottle or glass.
*Attendees can receive refunds up to 7 days before the event start date. However, if you cancel, you’ll pay the Eventbrite service fees. If we have to cancel the dinner, you will receive a full refund.
