  • Depending on the day, our fees range from $5,500 to $9,500 to rent our properties from 12:00pm to 11:00pm. Please see the Weddings + Events page for pricing and book a tour for more information.

  • The Farmette guest capacity is 125.

  • The Farmette allows amplified or acoustic music including DJs, bands, toasting, and more. More details can be found on our Sound Policy page.

    The Farmette rental includes a PA system for ceremonies and cocktail hour. Our barn includes an in-house sound system thats perfect for dinner and dancing.

  • The venue rental include access from 12:00pm to 11:00pm.

    At the Farmette:

    • Use of all facilities, including:

      • Barn (2500 sq ft reception hall) w/ heat and AC

      • Modern Restrooms

      • Commercial kitchen for catering

      • Farm house (Get Ready Area) w/ AC, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 dressing rooms

      • Airstream (Get Ready Area) w/ outdoor pergola, games, and restroom

      • Two bars

      • Acres of lawn space

      • Flower Farm

      • Parking Area for 125 guests

    • Tables and chairs for up to 125 people.

    • Sound systems for entire event

    • Multiple vintage trucks, tractors and cars

    • Services of a venue manager to turn on lights, maintain bathrooms, set up sound systems, light bonfire, and solve any venue-related issues.

    • A one-hour walk-through consultation with Farmette staff, and time for a rehearsal on the day before your wedding.

  • Yes; we are equipped with enough tables and chairs for the maximum guest capacity, along with extras for welcome tables, DJs, and so forth. Tables are 8’ plastic banquet tables, and chairs are dark brown with tan cushions.

  • Yes; The Farmette has modern indoor guest restrooms that are ADA accessible, located in our barn reception hall.

  • At the moment, we do not have in-house coordination. We work very closely with Dahlia Events and Designs, and we strongly recommend hiring them for your wedding, since they have so much experience at our venues.

    When you book our venue, we will assign you a venue manager, who will answer any of your questions via email or phone, lead your 1-hour walk-through consultation, schedule your rehearsal, and be onsite to make sure everything runs smoothly on your big day.

  • Caterers, bartenders, and DJs must come from our preferred vendor list. Never fear - we have a multitude of catering companies, food trucks, and DJs on the list. We are always open to other professionals with great references.

  • Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas.
