GREENS POINT FARM DINNER
Greens Point Catering is proud to host a second farm to table dinner with the Lyons Farmette for 2025;Our theme for September 3rd is Colorado Style Tapas!
Our Chef Team is planning a multi-course family style tasting menu featuring Tapas style dishes utilizing unique locally sourced ingredients from Colorado farmers and purveyors.
Diners will experience cuisine highlighting a theme of simplistic focused dishes bursting with eclectic flavors, bread service utilizing local milled grain from Moxie Feed & Seed, locally sourced meat, and a beautiful plated dessert to finish.
Local farms we are hoping on featuring on the menu include Red Wagon Farms, Esoterra Gardens, Jodar Farms, Colorado Farmstead Cheese, Hazel Dell Mushrooms, Aspen Moon Farms, First Fruit Organic Farm and Fox Hills (GPC Owned).
We welcome guests to be a part of our heartfelt vision to support local, and celebrate seasonality!

BEVERAGES
This farm dinner is also a benefit for Poudre Valley Community Farms. They will be selling wine and beer at the dinner for their organization. There will be a wonderful selection to complement the menu. Please do not bring your own wine or beer ~ you can plan on buying it here by the bottle or glass.
